尤瑞克林治疗轻\中度急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨尤瑞克林对轻、中度急性脑梗死的临床效用。方法：将40例轻、中度急性脑梗死的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组20例采用尤瑞克林治疗。对照组20例采用丹参治疗。对治疗前、后进行临床神经功能缺损程度的评定和疗效评分。测定治疗前、后平均血流速度(V)、平均血流量(Q)和外周血管阻力(R)，全血黏度、血小板聚集率、红细胞压积。结果：治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组用药后2周与用药前比较，治疗组与对照组治疗后比较：平均血流速度(V)和平均血流量(Q)均明显增加(P<0.05)，外周血管阻力(R)均明显降低(P<0.05)；用药后2周，治疗组和对照组全血高切、低切黏度和血小板聚集率、红细胞压积均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论：尤瑞克林治疗轻、中度急性脑梗死安全有效。

Clinical curative effect observation on Human Urinary Kallidinogenase in treatment of lightly, the moderate acute cerebral infarction

[Abstact] Objective: To observe clinical curative effect of Human Urinary Kallidinogenase treats lightly, the moderate acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 40 examples light, the moderate acute cerebral infarction patient were divided into the treatment group and the control group, randomly. The treatment group (n=20) were treated with Human Urinary Kallidinogenase, the control group (n=20) were with Salvia miltiorrhiza. Before and after treatment, evaluated the clinical nerve function damage degree theion and curative effect grading. Determinate average blood stream speed (V), the average blood stream measures (Q) and circumference blood vessel resistance (R), the whole blood viscosity, the blood platelet accumulation rate, the red blood cell presses the product before and after the treatment. Results: Treatment group effectiveness was higher than the control group obviously (P<0.05). Before the medication compared with after the medication: the treatment group applied drugs later 2 week and before the medication were compared, after the treatment group and the control group were compared: average blood stream speed (V) and the average blood stream measure (Q) increased obviously (P<0.05), circumference blood vessel resistance (R) reduced obviously (P<0.05); the treatment group and the control group applied drugs later 2 week whole blood viscosity (higher and lower) and the blood platelet accumulation rate, the red blood cell pressure accumulates were not remarkable changes (P>0 ......
