[摘要] 目的：比较早期乳腺癌保乳治疗与改良根治术的临床疗效。方法：选择2008年1月~2010年10月在我院住院治疗的56例乳腺癌患者，根据手术方法不同随机分为治疗组和对照组，各28例，对照组用改良根治术治疗，治疗组单用保乳手术治疗，比较两组的手术疗效。结果：与改良根治术比较，保乳手术具有手术时间短、术中出血少、住院时间短、术后并发症发生率低，且两组美容效果比较，治疗组的优良率明显高于对照，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后随访的复发率及1、3年的总生存率及无病生存率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：保乳手术治疗乳腺癌与改良根治术比较，具有手术时间短、术中出血少、住院时间短、术后并发症发生率低，且美容效果好的优点，值得推广和应用，临床医生应根据乳腺癌患者的具体情况选择适宜的手术方式。

The clinical efficacy comparison ofconserving therapy and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of early breast cancer

[Abstract] Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of conserving therapy and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of the early breast cancer. Methods: 56 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each 28 patients, and the control group was treated with modified radical mastectomy, the treatment group was used breast-conserving surgery alone, compared the surgical treatment efficacy according to the different surgical methods from January 2008 to October 2010 in our hospital. Results: Compared with the modified radical mastectomy, breast-conserving surgery group had short operation time, less bleeding, shorter hospital stay, postoperative complication rate, and the cosmetic results comparing that of the two group, the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there were statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05). The postoperative recurrence rate of overall survival and disease-free surviva and follow-up 1 year, 3 years, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: In comparison with modified radical mastectomy, breast conserving surgery has a short operation time, less bleeding, shorter hospital stay, postoperative complication rate, good cosmetic results and benefits, should be popularized and applied ......
