可溶性Fas和sFasL检测在冠心病诊疗中的临床价值(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨冠心病患者血清可溶性Fas (sFas)和sFasL水平变化的临床意义。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对入选的90例冠心病患者(急性心肌梗死患者28例,不稳定型心绞痛患者35例,稳定型心绞痛患者27例)的外周血sFas和sFasL水平进行检测,并与30例正常对照者进行比较。结果:急性心肌梗死组和不稳定型心绞痛组血清sFas和sFasL水平明显高于稳定型心绞痛组和正常对照组(P<0.05),随访期各组心血管事件发生率与各组sFas和sFasL水平的梯度差异一致。结论:sFas和sFasL的升高在冠心病的发生发展中起重要作用,是反映斑块不稳定的指标之一,其水平变化对了解病情,观察预后有重要的临床价值。

    Clinical value of detection of serum soluble fas and sFasL levels in coronary heart disease

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of the serum levels of soluble Fas (sFas) and sFasL in coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to measure sFas and sFasL in 90 patients with coronary heart disease(28 with acute myocardial infarvction, 35 with unstable angina pectoris and 27 with stable angina pectoris) and 30 matched healthy controls. Results: sFas and sFasL levels were significantly higher in patients with acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris than that of stable angina pectoris and controls. Incidence of high risk of cardiovascular event during follow-up period was higher in patients with high sFas and sFasL levels than that of those with lower levels. Conclusion: The levels of sFas and sFasL increase in coronary heart disease, which may be related to the pathogenesis of CHD, can be used as a potential marker of plaque instability, and the changes of sFas could reflect the disease status as well as progress of disease in patients with coronary heart disease.
