[摘要] 目的：以神经内科疾病治疗及药物联合应用理论为指导，研究更昔洛韦分散片联合甲钴胺分散片治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效，为特发性面神经麻痹的药物治疗提供科学的实验依据。方法：将2009年1月～2010年8月来我院就诊，经检查确定为特发性面神经麻痹患者46例，随机分为实验组和对照组，各23例。实验组采用更昔洛韦分散片联合甲钴胺分散片进行治疗，对照组单独采用更昔洛韦分散片进行治疗，治疗后1、3、4周采用House-Brackmann分级法进行疗效评估，将所有实验结果进行统计学处理。结果：实验组总有效率为95.65%，对照组总有效率为82.61%，两组结果比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：更昔洛韦分散片联合甲钴胺分散片治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效确切，其治愈率高于单纯更昔洛韦分散片，证明联合用药在治疗特发性面神经麻痹方面有其独到的优点，适合临床推广使用。

Observation of clinical effect of Ganciclovir Dispersion Tablets combined with Methylcobalamin in treatment of 46 cases with idiopathic facial palsy

[Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Ganciclovir Dispersion Tablets combined with Methylcobalamin Dispersible Tablets in treatment of idiopathic facial palsy with the theory of the treatment of neurological diseases and drug combination theory as a guide, and provide a scientific basis for the experimental drug treatment about idiopathic facial palsy. Methods: 46 patients in our hospital after inspection identified of idiopathic facial palsy from January 2009 to August 2010 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group 23 patients. The experimental group with the ganciclovir dispersion Tablets combined with Methylcobalamin Dispersible Tablets in treatment of idiopathic facial palsy, The control group with Methylcobalamin Dispersible Tablets, After 1 week, 3 weeks and 4 weeks with House-Brackmann grading for efficacy evaluation, all results were statistically analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.65%, the total effective rate the control group of was 82.61%, there were a distinctive between the two groups′results (P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a curative effect about Ganciclovir Dispersion Tablets combined with Methylcobalamin Dispersible Tablets in treatment of idiopathic facial palsy, it′s suitable for use in clinical practice ......
