社区综合干预对脑梗死患者生活质量的影响

[摘要] 目的：探讨社区综合干预对脑梗死患者生活质量的影响。方法：将符合标准的2006年1月～2010年6月的72例新发脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各36例，对观察组实施社区综合干预，对照组只进行随访。1年后观察两组患者临床生化指标，同时应用生活质量指数表(QLI)、Barthel指数(BI)量表和自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)对两组患者干预效果进行评定。结果：社区干预措施实施1年后，观察组临床生化指标优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组生活质量和日常生活能力综合得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；健康状况自测得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：实施社区综合干预后，脑梗死患者的生活质量得到提高，有必要在社区中广泛推广。

The influence of community-based comprehend intervention on quality of life with cerebral infarction

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of community-based comprehend intervention on quality of life with cerebral infarction. Methods: From January 2006 to June 2010, 72 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were included in this study, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 36 cases for each group. Observation group received 1 year community-based comprehend intervention, while control group received nothing. Clinical and biochemical indicators, Quality of Life Inventory (QLI), Barthel Index (BI) and SRHMS were used to compare the quality of life between observation group and control group after different management after one year. Results: After one year community-based comprehend intervention, clinical and biochemical indicators of the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05); the quality of life and activity of daily living for observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); scores of health status was larger than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The quality of life with cerebral infarction is higher after community-based comprehend intervention, and it is worthy of further promotion in community.
