[摘要] “痰湿”是冠心病发生的始动因素，冠心病治疗当从痰论治，名老中医蔡淦教授自拟的“健脾化痰方”在治疗冠心病的同时，又可应用于冠心病“治未病”领域，这对于减少本病的发病率，提高治愈率，减少复发率，有着重要的指导意义。
