药物流产与无痛人流术的效果对比分析(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨药物流产与无痛人工流产术的临床效果。方法：将2009年10月~2010年10月我院门诊因早孕要求人工终止妊娠的352例妇女分为药物流产组(173例)和无痛人工流产术组(179例)，对两组的临床效果进行对比分析。结果：无痛人工流产术组的平均腹痛持续时间、出血时间、出血量及二次清宫率分别为(4.5±1.8)min、(6.5±1.5)d、(10.5±4.5)ml、1.68%；药物流产组为(59.4±6.7)min、(12.7±3.4)d、(49.6±9.4)ml、8.68%，两组相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。无痛人工流产术组0级疼痛175例(97.77%)，Ⅰ级4例(2.23%)，无Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级疼痛；药物流产组0级疼痛10例(5.78%)，Ⅰ级72例(41.62%)，Ⅱ级53例(30.64%)，Ⅲ级38例(21.97%)，两组疼痛情况比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无痛人工流产术组流产成功率为98.32%(176/179)，药物流产组为91.33%(158/173)，两组流产成功率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：无痛人工流产术在腹痛持续时间、平均出血量和二次清宫率、疼痛效果、流产成功率上均有明显的优势，无痛人工流产术为首选方法。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the drug abortion and analgestic artificial abortion. Methods: From October 2009 to October 2010, 352 cases of women with pregnancies requirements to stop early pregnancy were divided into drugs abortion (173 cases) and analgestic artificial abortion group (179 cases). The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed. Results: In the analgestic artificial abortion group, the average duration of the abdominalgia, bleeding time, account of the bleeding, the rate of complete curettage of uterine cavity were (4.5±1.8) min, (6.5±1.5) d, (10.5±4.5) ml, 1.68%, and in the drugs abortion, were (59.4±6.7) min, (12.7±3.4) d, (49.6±9.4) ml, 8.68%, there were significant differences in the two groups (P<0.01). In the painless abortions group, pain of 0 was 175 cases (97.77%), 4 cases(2.23%) of grade Ⅰ, no cases of grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and in the drugs abortion group, pain of 0 was 10 cases (5.78%)，72 cases (41.62%) of grade Ⅰ, 53 cases (30.64%) of grade Ⅱ, 38 cases(21.97%) of grade Ⅲ, there were significant differences in the two groups (P<0 ......
