[摘要] 目的:探讨妇女阴道感染性疾病的发生情况,选择快速而准确的方法进行检查,以明确病因,为治疗用药提供依据。方法:对1 332例门诊患者进行白带湿片、唾液酸酶和革兰染色联合检查。结果:①滴虫、霉菌、细菌性阴道病(简称BV)总感染人数占8.1%。②唾液酸酶法与革兰染色检测BV,阳性率分别为32.6%和31.5%;白带湿片与革兰染色查滴虫,阳性率分别为5.4%和6.8%;以上两两比较,二者间阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。革兰染色查霉菌比白带湿片阳性率高,分别为31.1%和27.0%(P<0.05)。革兰染色查线索细胞比白带湿片阳性率高,分别为31.5%和19.5%(P<0.001)。滴虫和霉菌、滴虫和BV、霉菌和BV交叉感染率分别为0.9%、4.1%和6.3%。结论:霉菌、滴虫、BV是妇女常见的阴道感染性疾病,并且存在交叉感染的情况。白带湿片、革兰染色与BV联合检测对临床诊断和治疗意义重大。

Vagina infectious disease's inspection method appraisal and test result analysis

[Abstract] Objective: To explore women's vaginal infectious diseases, to choose quick and accurate methods for examination, in this passage I provide some basic ways and mathods to treat these diseases. Methods: 1 332 cases were detected by combined detection of leucorrhea wet slices, saliva acid enzymatic and Gram's staining. Results: ①Trichomonad, mould, bacterial vaginal disease (hereinafter referred to as BV) total infection total number was 58.1%. ②Sialic acid enzymatic and Gram staining detect BV, positive rates were 32.6% and 31.5%; leucorrhea wet slices and Gram’s staining detect trichomonad, the positive rates were 5.4% and 6.8%; the positive rate between the two was no significant difference (P>0.05). Gram's staining detection and mold inspection positive rate was higher than leucorrhea wet slices, were 31.1% and 27.0% (P<0.05). Gram's staining detect Clues cells inspection positive rate was higher than leucorrhea wet slices, were 31.5% and 19.5% (P<0.001). Trichomonad and mould, trichomonad and BV, mould and BV cross infection rates for 0.9%, 4.1% and 6.3%. Conclusion: Mould, trichomonad, BV are women's common vaginal infections diseases, and will cause the presence of cross infections. Leucorrhea wet slices, Gram's staining and BV combined detection play an important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment ......
