多元化教学法在中医院校学生院前急救培训中的应用(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨多元化教学法用于院前急救培训的效果。方法:采用随机抽样法将2个班学生分成两组,对照组(1班)49名学生采用传统教学法,观察组(2班)53名学生在教学中采用多元化教学法进行教学操作示范培训,通过理论考试、技能考核成绩及教学效果问卷等调查方法观察两组学生的培训结果。结果:两组比较,观察组学生成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多元化教学法能够明显提高学生的学习兴趣,促进创新和实践能力的培养,提高院前急救能力。

The diversification of teaching methods in college students of application in pre-hospital first aid training

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the diversification of teaching methods for the effect of pre-hospital first aid training. Methods: 2 classes of students were divided into 2 groups randomly, 49 students in the control group (class 1) using traditional teaching methods, 53 students in the observation group (classe 2) in the teaching approach used in diverse operating model for teaching training, through the theory test, skill test results and other methods of teaching effectiveness questionnaire survey observed 2 groups of students training results. Results: The two groups were observed groups of students performed significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The diversity approach can significantly improve student interest in learning, promote innovation and practical ability to improve pre-hospital first aid capability.

院前急救是急诊医疗体系的首要环节,也是急诊医学的重要组成部分。加强医学院校学生的院前急救知识培训,是完善急救医疗体系,培养急诊医学新生力量,提高我国现场急救水平的必然要求和有效途径[1]。我院系湖南中医药大学的附属教学医院,承担着湖南中医药大学的实习带教工作。2008年4月~2010年10月,笔者将多元化教学法应用于硕士研究生的系统化院前急救培训中,收到了较好的效果,现总结如下:
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
湖南中医药大学2003级医疗专业七年制本硕连读学生共102名,已完成五年医学基础课程学习。按随机方法分为对照组(1班)49名,其中,男22名,女27名,年龄23~27岁,平均24.2岁;观察组(2班)53名,其中,男30名,女23名,年龄22~27岁,平均24.6岁,两班学生年龄、性别、文化基础、专业理论知识水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
1.2 方法
以人民卫生出版社出版的《急诊医学》教材为蓝本,两个班由同一教师授课,内容为院前急救中较为重要且发生率较高的心肺复苏、伤口止血包扎固定转运技术、气道异物急救三项内容,教学时数总计22学时。
1.2.1 对照组采用传统授课模式:第1周先由老师进行理论授课,第2周采用普通模型人进行操作示范,同学们分组进行反复练习。
