[摘要] 目的：观察丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗非溶栓急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：随机将279例非溶栓急性脑梗死患者分为A、B、C组，在改善循环、抗血小板聚集等常规治疗的基础上，A组予依达拉奉静脉滴注、丁苯酞胶囊口服，B组予血栓通或血塞通静脉滴注，C组联合应用上述两组药物，疗程与用法相同。三组在治疗开始前、治疗后分别进行美国国立卫生院卒中评分(NIHSS)与日常生活活动能力量表(BI)评分。结果：三组治疗后NIHSS和BI评分与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)；治疗后评分A、C组[NIHSS：(5.27±1.81)分，(5.39±2.01)分；BI：(63.33±21.46)分，(63.48±19.58)分]与B组[NIHSS：(6.75±2.06)分；BI：(58.62±18.53)分]相比差异有统计学意义，两组有效率均显著高于B组(均P<0.05)；A、C组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：丁苯酞联合依达拉奉对非溶栓急性脑梗死具有协同治疗效果。

Clinical observation of Edaravone comblined with Butyphthalide for acute cerebral infarction

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the efficacy of Edaravone comblined with Butyphthalide in treatment of acute cerebral infarction without thrombolysis. Methods: 279 patients with acute cerebral infarction who missed the chance of thrombolysis were randomly divided into group A, B, C. On the basis of conventional therapy, including circulation improving and anti-platelet aggregation, Edaravone (intravenous drip) comblined with Butyphthalide (oral administration) was given to the group A, Xueshuantong or Xuesaitong (both for intravenous drip) to group B, and both group A and group B treatment and orders to group C. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and Barthel ADL index scores (BI), as well as the efficacy were assessed before and the 14th days after treatment. Results: The scores of 3 groups after 14 days treatment were significantly different compared with pretreatment phase (all P<0.05); The scores of group A and C, as well as the efficacy, were significantly different compared with group B after treatment (all P<0.05); and no significantly different was detected between group A and C (P>0.05). Conclusion: Edaravone comblined with Butylphthalidein can make synergistic therapeutic effect for acute cerebral infarction without thrombolysis.
