俞募配穴埋线法对男性免疫性不育症的临床疗效及对β-内啡肽的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的:观察俞募配穴埋线对免疫性不育症的临床疗效及对血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)的影响。方法:将符合本研究诊断标准的120例男性免疫性不育症患者随机分为埋线组(60例)和西药组(60例),埋线组给予穴位埋线治疗,西药组给予强的松治疗。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清β-EP的变化。结果:埋线组、西药组总有效率分别为90.00%、75.00%,痊愈率分别为35.00%、18.33%,两组间总有效率及痊愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后血清β-EP水平埋线组为(139.19±22.27) ng/L,西药组为(150.13±27.18) ng/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:俞募配穴埋线疗法治疗男性免疫性不育症,可以有效地调节患者神经递质分泌,调节紊乱的免疫状态,降低血清AsAb水平,抑制AsAb的产生,促进受孕机会。

    Study on back-shu points and front-mu points combination of catgut implantation in the treatment of male immune infertility and its effect on regulating β-endorphin

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the efficacy on back-shu points and front-mu points combination of catgut implantation in the treatment of male immune infertility, and to investigate its effect on β-endorphin in the peripheral blood. Methods: 120 patients who accorded with the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The treatment group was treated with catgut embedding, the control group was given prednisone. Results: In the treatment group, the total clinical effect was 90.00%, the cure rate was 35.00%. In the control group, the total clinical effect was 75.00%, the cure rate was 18.33%. There were significant differences about the comparison of total clinical effect and cure rate in two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of β-endorphin in treatment group was (139.19±22.27) ng/L, while (150.13±27.18) ng/L in control group. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Back-shu points and front-mu points combination of catgut implantation for male immuno-infertility can effectively regulate the secretion of neurotransmitters and immune disorders ......
