[摘要] 目的：通过对照研究女性性工作者及年龄相当的打工妹影响心理健康的相关因素，了解女性性工作者的心理健康状况。方法：选取云南红河州231名女性性工作者(FSW)作为FSW组，同期选取215名年龄相当的打工妹作为对照组。采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、自我接纳问卷(SAQ)、被他人所容纳量表(ATOS)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)及自编幸福感量表对3个县市不同场所的231名女性性工作者以及与年龄相当的215名打工妹进行评定比较。结果：FSW组PSSS总分，家庭内支持分、ATOS分、SAQ总分、自我接纳因子分值均低于对照组(P<0.05)，消极应对总分高于对照组(P=0.00)。结论：女性性工作者领悟社会支持和家庭内的支持较低、被他人所容程度较低、自我接纳程度低、消极应对方式较多，需社会和家庭重视及进行必要心理干预。

Research on relevant factors of mental health of female sex workers

[Abstract] Objective: To study the relevant factors of mental health between female sex workers (FSW) and the same age working girl, and understand the mental health of FSW. Methods: 231 FSW were selected in Red River prefecture of Yunnan Province as FSW group, and 215 the same age working girls were selected as control group. The authors used the Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) and Self-Acceptance Questionnaire (SAQ) and Acceptance To by Others Scales (ATOS) and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ)and General Self-Efficacy Scales (GSES) to assess and compares to 231 FSW and 215 the same age working girls whom in three counties and places. Results: The total score of PSSS, family support, ATOS, TCSQ, SAQ, the factor of self-acceptance in FSW group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05), score of negative coping of TCSQ was higher in FSW group than it in control group (P=0.00). Conclusion: FSW have lower perceived social support and family support, they have lower level of by others to accommodate, and they have lower self-acceptance which they use more negative coping style. They need social and family to attach importance and we should carry out necessary psychological intervention for them.
