[摘要] 目的：比较UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪测定尿液红细胞与显微镜检查结果，对比两者符合率。方法：对624例尿标本同时采用UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪测定红细胞和显微镜镜检两种方法检测。结果：UF-1000i检测尿中红细胞的阳性率比显微镜镜检阳性率高，假阳性率达到20.5%。结论：尿液标本采用UF-1000i检测红细胞时结果假阳性偏高，对此标本必须进行显微镜镜检复核。

    Comparative analysis of the results of UF-1000i urinalysis analyzer and microscope in determination of red blood cells

    [Abstract] Objective: To compare the compliance rate of UF-1000i urinalysis analyzer with microscope in determination of urine red blood cells. Methods: A total of 624 cases of urine specimens were collected and examined by UF-1000i urinalysis analyzer and microscope. The results of determination of the two methods were compared and analyzed. Results: In determination of urine red blood cells, the positive rate of UF-1000i urinalysis analyzer was higher than that of microscope. The false positive rate was 20.5%. Conclusion: The false positive rate of UF-1000i urinalysis analyzer is a little higher, in determination of the red blood cells in the urine specimens ,which must be reviewed by microscope. ......
