[摘要] 目的：探讨T-ScanⅡ咬合分析系统在修复临床中的应用效果。方法：分别选择咬合重建(10例)、咬合创伤(14例)及总义齿病例(15例)。用T-ScanⅡ咬合分析系统分析咬合状况，并在其指导下调(牙合)，1周后复查咬合状况。对比分析患者主观感觉、异常咬合接触点的数量、左右侧咬合力百分比差值及咬合力中心点(COF)的位置变化。结果：T-ScanⅡ系统能全面地分析患者的咬合状况。在其指导下调牙合后患者主观感觉良好。调(牙合)后异常咬合接触点基本完全消除，左右侧咬合力百分比差值显著下降(P<0.01)，咬合力中心点也基本位于中心区。结论：T-ScanⅡ咬合分析系统在修复临床中能准确评价患者的咬合状态，精确指导临床医师进行调(牙合)，有效消除咬合干扰和咬合创伤，达到咬合力量的均衡分布，具有极高的临床应用和推广价值。

Evaluation of the clinic effect of T-Scan Ⅱ occlusal analysis system

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of the T-Scan Ⅱ Occlusal analysis system. Methods: 10 cases of occlusal rehabilitation, 14 cases of occlusal trauma and 15 cases of full denture were selected from clinic. The occlusal condition of all cases were measured and analyzed by application of the T-Scan Ⅱ system, then the occlusions were adjusted according to the results of recording. All patients were rechecked 1 week after occlusal adjustment. The changes of patient′s subjective feeling, numbers of abnormal occlusal contacts, bilateral differences of contact forces, and the position of center of force (COF) were evaluated and compared. Results: The T-Scan Ⅱ was an accurate system available to measure a patient's occlusion condition. A better feeling of the masticatory system of most patients was recorded after occlusal adjustment by application of T-Scan Ⅱ. After acclusal adjustment, the abnormal occlusal contacts were almost entirely eliminated, the bilateral differences of contact forces were significantly decreased (P<0.01), and the COF also moved to the center area. Conclusion: The T-ScanⅡ system can be used in clinic to accurately measure the patient′s occlusion condition, and as a guide of occlusal adjustment to elimilate occlusal interference and occlusal trauma ......
