莉芙敏联合圣约翰草治疗更年期综合征伴抑郁障碍的临床观察(3)

从Kupperman评分上看，8周后更年期综合征的整体症状也有明显改善，观察组与对照组比较，疗效更为显著(P<0.05)。说明圣约翰草在抗抑郁的同时改善了更年期综合征的症状，而两者协同作用使更年期的症状进一步改善。从不良反应来看，二者均为植物中提取的有效成分，不良反应均较小，因此联合治疗并没有明显不良反应，治疗安全性较好。
因此，本研究结果显示，二者联合治疗更年期综合征伴焦虑障碍，安全性高且疗效显著，值得临床推广。
