献血者满意度调查在献血者招募中的应用(1)

[摘要] 目的：了解云浮市无偿献血者的服务需求，为建立固定自愿的无偿献血者队伍及改进献血服务质量提供依据。方法：设计献血者满意度调查表，每年2次每次200份随机发放给献血者进行问卷调查，针对调查中发现的问题积极采取整改措施。结果：献血者对该站的总满意度由2008年的90.4%上升到2010年的96.5%，无偿献血人次由2008年的15 639人次上升到2010年的17 186人次，街头无偿献血人次由2008年的1 157人次上升到2010年的3 278人次，献血400 ml人次由2008年的149人次上升到2010年的4 072人次，固定献血者人数由2008年的1 720人上升到2010年的4 812人。结论：开展献血者满意度调查能及时改进献血工作中的不足，提高献血服务质量，招募更多自愿固定的无偿献血者。

Donor satisfaction survey in the recruitment of blood donors

[Abstract] Objective: To learn voluntary blood donors' dmand for donation service, to obtain the information in order to establish a fixed team of voluntary blood donors and to improve the quality of service. Methods: Designed questionnaire of donor satisfaction survey was distributed to 200 randomly selected blood donors twice a year. The complains on the questionare were seriously considered and actively taken corrective measures to mend them. Results: The statisfaction rate of donors to blood donation service was rising from 90.4% in 2008 to 96.5% in 2010. The nubmer of voluntary blood donation was rising from 15 639 in 2008 to 17 186 in 2010. The donors in mobile drives were rising from 1 157 in 2008 to 3 278 in 2010. The number of 400 ml blood donartion was rising from 149 in 2008 to 4072 in 2010. The number of the fixed blood donor was rising from 1720 in 2008 to 4812 in 2010. Conclusion: Satisfaction survey is contributary to find complains for blood donation service, so that the complains can be remended, the blood donation service can be improved, and more fixed voluntary blood donors can be recruited.

世界卫生组织(WHO)血液安全战略首条是从低危献血者中采集较安全的血液[1]。如何深入开展无偿献血宣传发动工作，提高献血服务质量，使更多的健康人群参与到无偿献血队伍中，并使更多初次自愿无偿献血者发展成为固定自愿无偿献血者，建立一支固定自愿的无偿献血者队伍，是献血招募工作者的一项长期、艰巨的任务，也是保证血液供应充足、安全的根本而有效的方法。为此，本站于2008年开始每年开展2次献血者满意度调查，针对调查中发现的问题积极采取整改措施，经过3年的努力，收到了一定的效果，现将结果报道如下：
