分娩球降低剖宫产率的作用研究(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨产程中应用分娩球对降低剖宫产率的价值。方法：将300例初孕妇按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各150例。观察组初孕妇在临产后，由助产士指导应用分娩球。对照组除不应用分娩球外，其他干预措施与观察组一致。分别对两组初孕妇的心理状态、疼痛、产程、分娩方式、产后出血量等进行观察与比较。结果：观察组初孕妇主观能动性增强，疼痛情况较对照组显著减轻，剖宫产率为16.0%， 较对照组40.1%降低，产程缩短，两组比较，差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：初孕妇产程中应用分娩球能够缩短产程时间，减轻部分疼痛，提高了自然分娩率。通过对分娩球的应用研究，希望找出降低剖宫产率的新举措。

The study on the value of decreasing caesarean operation rate by labor ball during the process of parturition

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the value of decreasing cesarean operation rate by labor ball during the process of parturition. Methods: 300 primiparas were divided into the observation group (n=150) and the control group (n=150). The observation group was used the parturition balloon intervention with the help of midwife. Nursing measures in the control group were the same as those of the observation group except for the application of parturition balloon. The psychological status, pain, labor course, delivery manner and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The patients in the observation group got alleviation of psychological condition and pain. The rate of caesarean operation rate was 16.0% in the observation group and was 40.1% in the control group, and the labor course were shortened compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusion: Nursing intervention with parturition balloon for primiparas could shorten time cost of labor course, alleviate pain of the patients and improve the rate of natural parturition. It′s hoped finding a new method to decrease caesarean operation rate by using the labor ball.
