[摘要] 剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)是一种很少见的异位妊娠，随着剖宫产率的增加，其发病率逐渐增加。目前CSP的发病机制尚不完全清楚，治疗尚无统一的标准。早期确诊CSP及恰当的个体化治疗可以避免子宫破裂、大出血、子宫切除等的发生。本文就CSP的发病机制、诊断及治疗进行综述。

    Progress of diagnosis and treatment of caesarean scar pregnancy

    [Abstract] Caesarean scar pregnancy(CSP) is a kind of uncommon ectopic pregnancy. The incidence of CSP is increasing with the increase of the cesarean section rate. At present, the pathogenesis of CSP is still unclear, and the unified standard is not established. The early diagnosis of CSP and appropriate individualized treatment can avoid the occurrence of uterine rupture, severe hemorrhage and hysterectomy. This paper summarized the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of CSP.
