微创点状剥脱术在大隐静脉曲张疾病治疗中的应用及临床效果评价(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨微创点状剥脱术在大隐静脉曲张疾病治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取2008年1月～2010年10月于本院进行治疗的74例大隐静脉曲张患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组(高位结扎加分段切除术组)37例和观察组(微创点状剥脱术组)37例，后将两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、出血量、并发症发生率、患者满意率及治疗前后的VCSS评分、CIVIQ生活质量评分进行统计分析及比较。结果：观察组手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组[(28.12±4.34) min，(7.45±1.36) d vs (54.71±5.69) min，(14.42±1.24) d]，出血量少于对照组[(36.8±12.5) ml vs(89.7±13.9) ml]，并发症发生率低于对照组(13.52% vs 5.40%)，患者满意率高于对照组(100.00% vs 89.19%)，VCSS评分、CIVIQ生活质量评分均优于对照组[(3.12±0.72)分，(75.43±11.02)分vs(1.23±0.52)分，(88.36±8.16)分]，P<0.05或P<0.01，有显著性差异或有非常显著性差异。结论：微创点状剥脱术在大隐静脉曲张疾病治疗中应用效果明显较佳，优势较多。

[Abstract] Objective：To study the application effects of minimally invasive point-endarterectomy in great saphenous varicose. Methods：Seventy-four patients with great saphenous varicosein our hospital from January 2008 to October 2010 were selected as research object, and all the patients were randomly divided into control group (high ligation and section resection group) 37 cases and observation group (minimally invasive point-endarterectomy group) 37 cases,then the operation time,hospital stay, bleeding volume, complication rate, patients′satisfaction and VCSS score,CIVIQ score before and after the treatment were analyzed and compared. Results：The operation time and hospital stayof observation group were shorter than those of control group(28.12±4.34) min, (7.45±1.36) d vs(54.71±5.69) min, (14.42±1.24) d, bleeding volume was less than that of control group(36.8±12.5) ml vs(89.7±13.9) ml,complication rate was lower than that of control group (13.52%vs5.40%), patients′ satisfactionwas higher than that of control group,VCSS score and CIVIQ score were both better than those of control group (3.12±0.72) points,(75.43±11.02) points vs(1.23±0.52) points, (88.36±8.16) ponits, P<0.05 or P<0.01, there were significant or very significant differences ......
