[摘要]目的：探讨超普疝修补装置(UHS)在老年无张力疝修补术中的应用价值。方法： 回顾性分析2008年2月～2010年2月我院普外科采用UHS技术行无张力修补的85例老年腹股沟疝患者的临床资料。结果： 手术时间为35～55 min，围术期无死亡病例，术后出现阴囊血肿、皮下淤血各1例，无切口感染，平均住院时间为5 d，随访2～6个月，无复发、局部异物感及慢性疼痛等并发症。结论： UHS技术治疗老年腹股沟疝具有安全性高、手术及住院时间短、并发症少等优点，值得临床推广使用。

    Application of UHS in the repair of tension-free hernia in the elderly

    [Abstract] Objective： To evaluate the method and outcome of UHS in the repair of tension-free hernia in the elderly. Methods： We summarized the experience of 85 cases of inguinal hernia during the period from february 2008 to february 2010. Results： The operating time was 35-55min. Hydrocele occurred in 1 case and subcutaneous congestion occurred in case. All cases were followed up for 2 to 6 months. During the follow up time there was no recurrence, local foreign body sensation, chronic pain. Conclusion： Application of UHS in the repair of tension-free hernia in the elderly,with high safely and shorter hospital stay,fewer complications,is worthy of clinical use. ......
