摘要] 我国正在强力推进人民调解工作，医患纠纷人民调解得到快速发展。本文结合实践，分析了医患纠纷人民调解机制面临的困境，并从加强人民调解员的队伍建设、提高人民调解协议的法律效力、加强运行及保障机制的建设、推行医疗责任保险制度、建立诉调衔接联动机制和加快制定《人民调解法》这六个方面提出了完善人民调解机制的对策。

    The main model of people′s mediation of medical dispute

    [Abstract] The people's mediation work is being strongly promoted in our country, people′s mediation of medical disputes has a rapidly development. According to practice, this paper analyze the difficulty of people′s mediation of medical disputes from six aspects and propose a solution, which contains strengthen the people's mediators construction, improve the legal effect of mediation agreement, strengthen the building of operation and protection mechanisms, introduc medical liability insurance system, establish linkage mechanism between litigation and mediation, accelerate the formulate of the People's Mediation Law. ......
