丁基苯酞奥扎格雷钠治疗急性缺血性脑梗死的疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：观察丁基苯酞联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性缺血性脑梗死的疗效。方法：将60例急性缺血性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。观察组使用丁基苯酞200 mg，口服，每日3次，连用14 d；同时在第1~14天静脉滴注奥扎格雷钠 80 mg，q12 h。对照组则单用奥扎格雷钠，用法同观察组。两组治疗前后均进行临床神经功能缺损评分及外周静脉血活化部分凝血活酶时间测定检查。结果：观察组总有效率为86.67%，显效率为66.67%，死亡2例；对照组总有效率为66.67%，显效率为36.67%，死亡2例。两组间有效率和显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.0201、0.0475)，死亡率相等。两组治疗前后活化部分凝血活酶时间变化比较差异无统计学意义。结论：丁基苯酞联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性缺血性脑梗死能够提高显效率和总有效率，无明显不良反应。

Therapeutic effects of dl-3n-Butyphthalide combined Sodium Ozagrel in thetreatment of acute ischemic stroke

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of dl-3n-Butyphthalide combined Sodium Ozagrel in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Methods: 60 patients with AIS were randomly and equally divided into two groups, each group had 30 cases. Observed group was treated with dl-3n-Butyphthalide 200 mg bid, also with Sodium Ozagrel 80 mg ivgtt, q12 h, per day, for 14 days. Control group was treated with Sodium Ozagrel only, usage was the same as the other group. Neurological deficit scores and APTT of peripheral venous blood were got before and after treatment in two groups. Results: The effective rate (86.67%) and the excellence rate (66.67%) of the observed group were no significantly higher than those (66.67% and 36.67%) in the control group (P>0.05). Both groups had 2 cases to die. There were no significant differences of APTT between before and after remedy. Conclusion: dl-3n-Butyphthalide combined Sodium Ozagrel are remarkable effective in the therapy on ACI without obvious side effect.
