[摘要] 目的：分析探讨高压氧在治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的临床效果。方法：将我院确诊的180例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的患儿随机分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组90例患儿采用常规治疗(包括吸氧、止痉、脱水降颅压和使用脑细胞代谢激活剂)，观察组90例患儿在常规治疗基础上加行高压氧治疗，比较治疗后两组脑电图好转情况以及新生儿行为神经测定的评分(NBNA)比较。结果：治疗组患儿病情恢复迅速，疗效明显优于对照组。比较两组患儿的临床症状消失时间有显著性差异，两组患儿生后28 d脑电图好转率具有显著性差异，治疗28 d后新生儿行为神经评定评分(NBNA)两组间差异有统计学意义。结论：高压氧用于治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效显著安全，可缩短缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的治疗疗程，提高疗效，预防后遗症发生，具有一定临床推广意义。

Clinical observation of the therapeutic efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on neonatal hypoxia ischemia encephalopathy among 90 cases

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze and investigate the therapeutic efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) therapy on neonatal hypoxia ischemia encephalopathy(HIE). Methods:180 cases of HIE patients diagnosed in author's working hospital were assigned randomly into the control group and the observation group. The 90 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment (including oxygen uptake, anti-spastic treatment, cranial pressure release with dehydration and brain cells metabolic activator).The 90 patients in the observation group were given HBO therapy in addition to conventional therapy. The improvement of electroencephalogram (EEG) results and neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) scores of the two groups were compared. Results: Patients in the observation group recovered rapidly, demonstrating significantly better therapeutic effect than the control group. There were significance differences between the two groups in symptoms disappearance time, recovering rate of EEG results 28 days after birth and NBNA scores 28 days after birth. Conclusion: HBO therapy proves to be effective and safe for HIE. It can reduce treatment duration, improve treatment efficacy and prevent the occurrence of squeal, and is thus worthy of clinical application ......
