[摘要] 交叉配血是安全输血的重要保证，是临床上必不可少的检验措施。为更好地认识和掌握交叉配血技术，笔者对交叉配血的发生、发展和技术现状进行了回顾及展望。电子交叉配血是新时期发展起来的一项新技术，具有减少人力、防止资源浪费、工作效率高、保证血液安全等优点，有待成为我国临床交叉配血实验的一项新技术。

    [Abstract] Cross-matching of blood is an important guarantee for transfusion security and an indispensable inspection measure in clinic. In order to understand and master the technique of cross-matching of blood, the author reviews the occurrence, development and technical status of cross-matching of blood and looks forward to the future. Electronic cross-matching of blood is a new technology developed in the new period, which has advantages like reducing waste in manpower and resources, improving work efficiency, ensuring blood safety and so on. Electronic cross-matching of blood will become a new technology in China's clinical cross-matching experiment. ......
