[摘要] 目的：探讨闭合复位加克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效，并与手术切开复位固定内固定效果进行比较。方法：2006年10月～2009年10月山东省即墨市中医院收治儿童肱骨髁上骨折患者80例，其中44例(观察组)采取闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗，36例(对照组)采取手术切开复位内固定治疗，比较两组治疗效果及并发症。结果：随访时间为6个月～3年，平均1.5年，两组患者治疗后优良率比较，差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.56，P>0.05)，但观察组患者住院时间、出血量、治疗费用等均低于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.27、17.34、21.41，P<0.05)。结论：闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折，患者恢复快，创伤小，固定可靠，值得临床应用。

Clinical analysis of supracondylar fracture in children with internal fixation treatment

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of closed reduction and Kirschner wire fixation in the treatment of children with supracondylar fractures, and to compare with open reduction and fixation methods on the effect. Methods: 80 children with supracondylar fracture were treated in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jimo City from October 2006 to October 2009, 44 patients (observation group) were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation, 36 patients (control group) were treated with surgical open reduction and internal fixation, treatment effect and complications of two groups were compared. Results: The follow-up time was 6 months to 3 years, average of 1.5 years, there was no significant difference between excellent rates of two groups after treatment (χ2=4.56, P>0.05), but the hospitalization time, blood loss, treatment costs in the observation group were lower than those of the control group (χ2=9.27, 17.34, 21.41, P<0.05). Conclusion: The children with supracondylar fracture are treated with closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation can make the patients recover faster, less invasive, fixation is reliable. It is worthy of clinical application.
