肘关节固定器在骨折后肘关节功能障碍康复中的应用(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨肘关节固定器在骨折后肘关节功能障碍康复中的效果。方法:选择我院2008年10月~2010年12月收治的肘关节骨折患者42例,随机分为固定器组(21例)和对照组(21例),对照组患者给予关节松动和关节活动训练,固定器组在对照组的基础上加肘关节固定器。康复治疗2个月后,评定两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者疼痛、稳定性、肘关节活动范围、日常生活能力均有所改善,治疗后固定器组肘关节活动范围及日常生活能力[(19.2±1.2)、(98.7±1.2)分]明显优于对照组[(15.6±2.7)、(86.7±2.3)分],两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=7.69、12.31,P<0.05)。固定器组优良率(95.2%)明显高于对照组(61.9%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.01,P<0.05)。结论:肘关节固定器用于关节骨折后功能障碍的康复治疗,疗效较好,尤其是在恢复日常生活能力和肘关节活动范围方面,效果更明显,值得应用。

    Application of elbow joint fixation device in rehabilitation of elbow dysfunction

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of elbow joint fixation device in rehabilitation of elbow dysfunction. Methods: 42 patients with elbow fractures from October 2008 to December 2010 in our hospital were randomly divided into fixation device group (21 cases) and control group (21 cases), the patients in control group were treated with joint mobilization and activities training, fixation device group were gaven elbow fixation device on basis of control group. To evaluate treatment effect of two groups after two months rehabilitation. Results: The pain, stability, motion range of elbow joint, daily living activities of two groups all improved after treatment, elbow joint motion range and daily living activities of fixation device group [(19.2±1.2), (98.7±1.2) scores] were better than control group [(15.6±2.7),(86.7±2.3) scores], the differences were statistically significant (t=7.69, 12.31, P<0.05). The superior rate of fixation device group (95.2%) was significantly higher than that ofcontrol group (61.9%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=12.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of elbow joint fixation device applied in rehabilitation of elbow dysfunction is good, especially effect in the resumption of daily living activities and elbow joint motion range is more obvious, and then it is worthy of application ......
