    [摘要] 目的:探讨颅脑多发性硬化(MS)的特征性MRI表现,提高诊断水平。方法:收集28例MS患者的MRI检查资料,所有患者均常规扫描T1WI,T2WI,FLAIR序列,其中10例进行了Gd-DTPA增强扫描。结果:28例MS患者脑部MRI均有阳性发现,均为多发病灶,共发现病灶193个,病灶主要位于侧脑室旁(30.57%),半卵圆中心(23.32%),皮质或皮质下(20.21%),胼胝体(16.06%)。病灶均表现为长T1长T2信号,形态多为大小不等的圆形或卵圆形,典型病灶垂直于侧脑室。12个病灶出现强化,结节状强化5个,环状强化3个,弧形或开环状强化4个。15个病灶中心见到扩张小静脉。结论:MRI能清楚显示脑内的MS病灶,有相对特征性的表现。

    The appearance of multiple cerebral sclerosis on MRI

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the typical appearance of the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in multiple cerebral sclerosis (MS) for better understanding and diagnosis of this disease. Methods: 28 cases of MS and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Conventional scanning with T1WI, T2WI, FLAIR sequence was performed in all patients, and underwent Gd-DTPA enhanced in 10 cases. Results: All cases had multiple lesions in the brain. 193 lesions were showed, and mainly located in periventricular (30.57%), the centrum semiovale (23.32%), the cortex or subcortex (20.21%) and the corpus callosum (16.06%). All lesions with long T1 and long T2 signal intensity. Most of the MS plaques were round or oval of different sizes. The typical lesions lie perpendicular to the lateral ventricle. 12 cases of enhanced lesion were found, 5 cases showed nodular enhancement, 3 cases with ring enhancement and 4 cases with pattern of arc or open-ring enhancement. A central vein was visible in 15 cases. Conclusion: MRI can clearly demonstrate the lesions of MS in the brain, multiple cerebral sclerosis have relatively typical appearance on MRI.
