湘西少数民族地区430例过敏患儿过敏原检测分析(1)

[摘要] 目的：观察湘西少数民族地区过敏性疾病患儿的过敏原分布情况，为早期干预治疗提供依据。方法：采用Mediwiss敏筛定量过敏原检测系统，对430例过敏性疾病患儿进行31种特异性过敏原IgE检测，婴幼儿组174例，学龄前组106例，学龄期组150例，统计过敏原阳性率。结果：430例过敏患儿中前3位过敏原分别为牛奶(43.72%)、户及粉尘螨(28.37%)及真菌组合(26.05%)。其中，婴幼儿组，前3位过敏原分别为牛奶(45.85%)、牛羊肉(34.48%)及真菌组合(20.69%)；学龄前组，前4位过敏原分别为牛奶(79.25%)、户及粉尘螨(32.08%)、真菌组合(32.08%)及全鸡蛋(32.08%)；学龄期组，前3位过敏原分别为户及粉尘螨(45.33%)、真菌组合(28.00%)、矮豚草及蒿(25.33%)。430例过敏患儿中总IgE<100 IU/ml者占20.00%，100～200 IU/ml者占15.81%，>200 IU/ml者占64.19%，婴幼儿组与其他两组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；学龄前组与学龄期组间比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：湘西少数民族地区过敏患儿过敏原分布与国内外其他地区存在差别。

Detection analysis of 430 cases of patients with allergic diseases of allergen in Xiangxi minority nationality regions

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the distribution of common allergens in patients with allergic diseases in Xiangxi minority nationality regions, to provide the basis for early intervention. Methods: 430 cases of patients with allergic diseases (infant group 174 cases, preschool group 106 cases and school age group 150 cases) were detected 31 kinds of serum specific IgE by Mediwiss system. The positive rates of each allergen among three groups were compared. Results: Among the 430 cases of patients, the top three allergens were milk (43.72%), dust mites and house dust mites (28.37%), fungus combinations (26.05%).
