[摘要] 目的：探讨北京市14个区县220名社区口腔医师临床技能考核考生背景对成绩的影响。方法：考核分口腔内科、口腔外科、口腔修复和病例分析四站进行，考核形式为实际操作和口试。考核结束，对不同背景考生的考核成绩进行统计分析。结果：考生的学历越高，成绩越好(F=9.13，P<0.05)；主治医师的考核成绩[(80.73±6.45)分]优于副主任医师[(78.90±5.88)分]和医师[(78.62±5.92)分](F=3.894，P<0.05)；二级医院考生的成绩[(80.97±6.07)分]好于一级医院[(78.25±6.77)分](F=3.62，P<0.05)；从业年限的长短对考核成绩无影响(F=1.69，P>0.05)；海淀区考生成绩[(85.00±5.07)分]最好，崇文区[(83.67±4.93)分]和西城区[(82.27±5.53)分]居次，其他各区之间无差别。结论：考生背景对临床技能考核成绩存在明显影响，建议进一步改进培训方式和完善培训内容，提高社区口腔医师队伍的整体水平。

Effects of background of examinee on scores of clinical skill examination for the community dentist in Beijing

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of 220 examinee background on scores of clinical skill examination for the community dentists in Beijing. Methods: The examine contain oral medicine, oral surgery, prosthodontics and analysis of condition, and the method were practice and oral test. The scores of the examinees whose background were different were statistically analyzed. Results: The Higher of diploma, the higher of scores(F=9.13, P<0.05). The scores of charge physician[(80.73±6.45) scores] were higher than of the vice-chief physician [(78.90±5.88) scores] and house physician [(78.62±5.92) scores] (F=3.894, P<0.05). The scores of two-level hospital [(80.97±6.07) scores] were higher than of one-level hospital [(78.25±6.77) scores] (F=3.62, P<0.05). There was no influence of work ages on scores (F=1.69, P>0.05). The scores of examinees from Haidian District were highest [(85.00±5.07) scores], those from Chongwen [(83.67±4.93) scores] and Xicheng [(82.27±5.53) scores] District were second, and those from other distracts were lowest. Conclusion: There are significant effects of background on scores of clinical skill examination for the community, and the training should be promoted and perfected.
