[摘要] 糖尿病已成为人类健康的第二大杀手，其三大并发症中，致死、致残率最高的并发症是糖尿病肾病，在生理性肾脏功能降低且多合并多种心脑血管病的老年糖尿病患者并发肾病的几率较高，且病情发展迅速。本文通过对老年糖尿病肾病发病机制及临床治疗手段进行综述，以期为该病发病机制的进一步研究及临床治疗新途径的探索提供参考。

    Research progress on senile diabetic nephropathy

    [Abstract] Diabetes is the second largest killer of human health. Diabetic nephropathy, one of the three main complications of diabetes, has the highest lethality rate and disability rate. Because of kidney function reducing and complicating with a variety of cardio-cerebrovascular disease, the elderly diabetic patients are easily attacked by diabetic nephropathy, and the disease condition often develops rapidly. This paper makes a review on pathogenesis and clinical treatment of the elderly diabetic nephropathy, which can provide some reference for the further research. ......
