[摘要] 目的：探讨保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果。方法：将我院收治的96例早期乳腺癌患者随机分为两组，A组48例行保乳手术，B组48例行改良根治术，分析两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及术后恢复情况。结果：A组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间明显优于B组，分别为手术时间[(118.52±16.35)min vs(155.87±20.55)min]，术中出血量[(105.26±42.15)ml vs (153.32±51.26)ml]，住院时间[(10.15±2.56)d vs (14.38±3.27)d]，组间差异均有高度统计学意义(t=9.85、3.55、7.06，均P<0.01)；两组术后并发症发生率分别为2.08%、16.67%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.41，P<0.05)；两组局部复发率、远处转移率、3年及5年生存率比较，差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论：保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌疗效满意，值得推广应用。

Clinical research of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of early breast cancer

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in treating early breast cancer. Methods: 96 cases with early breast cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, group A of 48 cases received breast-conserving surgery, group B of 48 cases received modified radical mastectomy, and the operation time, hemorrhage in operation, the length of hospital stay and the healing condition of the two groups were compared. Results: There were significant differences about the operation time [(118.52±16.35)min vs (155.87±20.55)min], hemorrhage in operation [(105.26±42.15)ml vs (153.32±51.26)ml] and the length of hospital stay [(10.15±2.56)d vs (14.38±3.27)d] between two groups (t=9.85, 3.55, 7.06, all P<0.01). There was significant differences about the rate of postoperative complications (2.08% vs 16.67%) between the two groups (χ2=4.41, P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the relapse rate of part, distant transfusion rate, survival rate of 3 years and 5 years between two groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion: The effect of breast conserving surgery in treating early breast cancer is satisfactory, so it is recommending for wide application ......
