康妇消炎栓联合利多卡因在人工流产术中的应用(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨康妇消炎栓联合利多卡因在人工流产术中的应用效果。方法：将244例宫内妊娠孕妇随机分为治疗组(康妇消炎栓联合利多卡因组)和对照组(常规人工流产术组)，每组各122例。对两组孕妇术中疼痛程度、人工流产综合征、术后2 h及一周内不良反应予以评定。结果：治疗组与对照组比较，镇痛效果明显(χ2=102.14，P<0.01)，人工流产综合征发生率低(χ2=7.21，P<0.01)，术后2 h及一周内不良反应少(χ2=95.61，P<0.01)。结论：将康妇消炎栓联合利多卡因应用于人工流产术，可以提高孕妇的术中止痛效果，降低孕妇人工流产综合征的发生率，减少术后不良反应，值得临床推广使用。

Application of Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with Lidocaine in induced abortion surgery

[Abstract] Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with lidocaine in induced abortion surgery. Methods: 244 cases of uterine pregnancy pregnant women were randomly divided into treatment group (Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with Lidocaine) and control group (conventional abortion group), each of 122 cases. Pain degree, abortion syndrome, adverse reactions in 2 h and a week post-operation were assessed. Results: In the treatment group, the analgesic effect was obvious, the incidence of abortion syndrome was low, and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 h and a week post-operation were low, compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant (χ2=102.14, 7.21, 95.61, all P<0.01). Conclusion: Application of Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with Lidocaine in induced abortion surgery can improve the analgesic effect of surgery, decrease the incidence of abortion syndrome and adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.

人工流产术(简称人流术)是避孕失败后的补救措施，广泛应用于孕早期的妊娠终止，是妇科门诊常见的手术。过去采用传统宫颈扩张法进行人工流产术，常因手术简单、时间短而不使用麻醉药，使患者躯体承受剧烈的痛楚，少数患者甚至出现人工流产综合征[1]。目前，人工流产术中丙泊酚的应用已开始推广，即无痛人工流产术，无痛率达100%，但手术费用昂贵，手术时必须有麻醉师配合，并需要进行呼吸及心脏监测。2008年3月~2009年6月我院妇科门诊在人工流产术中使用康妇消炎栓联合利多卡因作为麻醉用药，镇痛明显，减少了术后并发症的发生，现总结报道如下：
