[摘要] 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗眼睑重症肌无力下垂的临床疗效。方法：将我院2001年2月～2010年5月收治的62例眼睑重症肌无力下垂患者随机分为研究组与对照组，每组各31例。对照组患者单纯给予西医药物进行治疗，研究组患者在对照组的基础上加用升阳益胃汤进行治疗，比较两组患者的疗效、复发情况、并发症及副作用。结果：研究组总有效率为100.0%，对照组为96.8%，两组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组复发率为25.8%，明显高于研究组的3.2%，两组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为6.5%，明显低于对照组的35.5%，两组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有粒细胞减少5例，血小板减少3例，转氨酶升高3例；研究组有粒细胞减少1例，无血小板减少及转氨酶升高；两组并发症比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗眼睑重症肌无力下垂的疗效与单纯西医药物治疗无明显差异，但是中西医结合治疗能明显降低复发率及并发症的发生率，且副作用亦降低，值得在临床推广应用。

Combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of drooping eyelids with myasthenia gravis

[Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of drooping eyelids with myasthenia gravis. Methods: 62 cases of drooping eyelids with myasthenia gravis in our hospital from February 2001 to May 2010 were randomly divided into research group and control group, each group had 31 cases. The patients of control group were given simply Western medicine. In research group, patients were given Rising Yang and Benefiting Stomach Decoction combined with Western medicine. The curative effect, recurrence, complications and side effects of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of research group was 100.0% and 96.8% in control group, but there was no statistically significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). The recurrence rate of control group was 25.8% which was higher than that in research group (3.2%), there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
