[摘要] 目的：研究和探讨采用针灸按摩配合功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及其安全性。方法：将420例于2005年3月~2010年3月在我院接受治疗腰椎间盘突出症的患者分为治疗组(210例)和对照组(210例)。对照组采用常规治疗方法，治疗组在常规治疗基础上对患者采取针灸按摩配合功能锻炼的治疗方法。结果：对照组治愈93例，好转75例，未愈42例，总有效率为80%；治疗组治愈187例，好转23例，无未愈患者，总有效率为100%。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者1个疗程和2个疗程的治愈率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用针灸按摩配合功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症的210例患者，均得到有效的救治，并且总有效率达100%。此方法具有显著的疗效，操作容易，价格便宜，可以应用于相关疾病的治疗。

[Abstract] Objective: To study and explore the curative effects and safety of acupuncture and massage combined with functional exercise in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods: 420 patients received lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treatment in our hospital from March 2005 to March 2010 were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given conventional treatment while the treatment group was given acupuncture and massage combined with functional exercise on the basis of conventional treatment. Results: In the control group, 93 patients were cured, 75 cases improved and 42 cases did not improve, with the effective rate of 80%. In the treatment group, 187 patients were cured and 23 cases improved, no one did not improve, with the effective rate of 100%.
