循证护理在预防前列腺电汽化切除术后膀胱痉挛中的应用(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨循证护理在预防前列腺电汽化切除术后膀胱痉挛中的应用效果。方法：60例患者随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在此基础上实行循证护理，首先成立循证护理小组，根据临床护理经验，提出循证问题，进行文献检索，获取循证支持，根据查询实证制订护理措施应用于临床。结果：观察组膀胱痉挛发生率为6.67%，对照组为40.00%，两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)；观察组膀胱痉挛平均消失时间显著低于对照组(P<0.01)；观察组满意度明显高于对照组，住院时间也明显缩短，差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：应用循证护理能有效预防前列腺电汽化切除术后膀胱痉挛的发生，提高护理质量。

The application of evidence-based nursing prostate electricity vaporization after resection spasm bladder

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing prostate electricity vaporization after resection spasm bladder. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The patients in control group were given the routine care, the patients in observation group were given the evidence-based care on the basis of routine care. Firstly, nurse group with evidence-based care was set up, evidence-based issue were provided according to clinical care experiences, then a literature search was taken to obtain evidence-based support, evidence-based measures was used in clinical care based on the query formulation of empirical. Results: Ratio of bladder spasm was 6.67% in observation group and 40.00% in control group, the difference was significant (P<0.01); the time of bladder spasms disappearing was shorter in observation group than in control group (P<0.01), the ratio of satisfaction was higher in observation group than in control group, time in hospital was shorter in observation group than in control group, the differences were significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Evidence-based care is effective in preventing bladder spasm after prostate vaporization resection and can improve quality of nursing.
