[摘要] 静脉药物配置中心的严格培训，特别是特殊操作的培训，是保障临床用药安全，避免差错事故的有效手段。本文根据笔者的实际工作经验，探讨医院静脉药物配置中心科学、有效的管理方法，有针对性地进行培训，建章立制，日常严格监管。

    [Abstract] The rigorous training of PIVAS, especially the special operation training is an effective mean to ensure the clinical medication safety and avoid mistakes and accidents. The main purpose of this article is to discuss the scientific and effective management of PIVAS. Then we can do targeted training, build system, develop daily strict supervision.
