[摘要] 药房业务素质的好坏和服务水平的高低，在很大程度上影响着人们对医院的认知度和就医的选择。所以，推进医院药房管理改革，加强医院药房管理，最大限度地提高患者的满意度，是当前医院药房必须要认真对待的一个关键问题。本文在对我国医院药房管理现状和药房信息化管理的必要性的分析的基础上提出了药房信息化管理的具体举措和运行保障，以供参考。

    [Abstract] Pharmacy service quality and service level have a great influence on people′s awareness of hospital and treatment selection. So it is a key problem that the hospital pharmacy must take seriously management whose aim is to propel the management reform of the hospital pharmacy, strengthen the management of hospital pharmacy and maximize the satisfactory rate in patients. In this paper, our hospital pharmacy management current status and the necessity of the pharmacy information management will be analyzed, and the specific measures and running securities to the pharmacy information management be taken as a reference. ......
