送药车的临床应用及效果评价(1)

     [摘要] 目的:评价送药车的应用效果。方法:随机选取我院22个临床科室,860张床位的用药,以及住院药房内524种注射用药品的配送情况进行2年追踪调查,2009年使用传统送药车为对照组,2010年使用新型送药车为实验组。通过对其药品配送时限,观察并比较其工作效率﹑药品损坏率、差错事故发生率及药车的安全性﹑药车自身的坚固性等。结果:实验组配送时限为(20.08±2.96)min,差错事故发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组使用满意度得分为(22.08±3.24)分,对照组为(16.50±2.76)分,两组在药护人员使用满意度方面比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:该送药车设计合理,实用性强,具有广泛的应用前景,值得临床推广应用。

    Clinical application of the new type drug delivery carts and evaluation of its efficacy

    [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of the new type drug delivery carts. Methods: 22 clinical departments of our hospital were selected randomly. The drug use of 860 beds, and the distribution situation of 524 kinds of injection drug in hospital pharmacies were tracking surveyed for 2 years. Then the people using the traditional drug delivery carts in 2009 were chosen as the control group, and the people using the new drug delivery carts in 2010 were chosen as the experiment group. Their work efficiency according to the time of drug distribution, the rate of drugs damage, the rate of mistake accident, the safety and the consistence of new type drug delivery carts were compared and observed. Results: The survey showed that the delivery time in the experiment group was (20.08±2.96) min, the rate of mistake accident in the experiment group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of pharmacy staff in the experiment group were (22.08±3.24) scores, and that were (16.50±2.76) scores in the control group, the difference between the satisfaction of pharmacy staff were statistically significant in two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: The new drug delivery carts are well designed and practical. They have a wide foreground and fields of wide application, and are worthy of popularization for clinical application ......
