[摘要] 目的:分析高压氧治疗高三学生焦虑、失眠的疗效。方法:选择因学习压力而导致焦虑、失眠的高三学生86例,排除器质性疾病,进行高压氧治疗。在治疗前、治疗第1个疗程、第2个疗程及第3个疗程四个时间点,分别进行SAS和PSQI评分,比较并分析疗效。结果:有73例完成了1个疗程高压氧治疗,治疗后与治疗前比较,SAS和PSQI评分均明显下降(P=0.000)。有46例完成了2个疗程治疗,治疗1疗程及治疗2个疗程与治疗前比较,SAS和PSQI评分仍明显下降,各自在不同时间点上比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。仅有7例完成3个疗程治疗,SAS和PSQI评分下降已不明显。结论:高压氧治疗高三学生焦虑、失眠疗效显著,尤其前2个疗程效果明显。

Efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen in high school students with anxiety, insomnia

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen in high school students with anxiety and insomnia. Methods: 86 high school students with anxiety and insomnia who had not organic disease, received hyperbaric oxygen treatment. To make scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) at three time points (before treatment, after 1st course, 2nd course and 3rd course), and analyzed the efficacy. Results: 73 cases finished one course, the scores of SAS and PSQI had significantly declined (P=0.000). 46 cases finished two courses, the scores of SAS and PSQI had significantly declined too, and the difference of SAS and PSQI among the three time points were statistically significant respectively (P<0.05). Only 7 cases finished three courses with slight decrease of SAS and PSQI scores. Conclusion: The efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen in high school students with anxiety and insomnia is significant, especially for the first two courses.
