[摘要] 目的：研究心理疏导联合乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床应用价值及疗效。方法：选择2009年10月~2011年4月我院确诊的乳腺增生患者98例，随机将其分为治疗组和对照组，每组各49例。两组患者均给予乳癖散结胶囊饭后口服，4粒/次，3次/d，1个疗程为45 d。在此基础上，治疗组结合心理疏导进行治疗。研究分析两组患者治疗前后临床症状、临床体征及B超检查结果。结果：治疗后，两组肿块最大直径均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05、P<0.01)。治疗后，治疗组的肿块最大直径改善与对照组比较，差异有高度统计学意义(t=8.693，P<0.01)。治疗后，治疗组总有效率(87.76%)显著高于对照组(67.35%)，差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=7.61，P<0.01)。结论：心理疏导联合乳癖散结胶囊可显著改善乳腺增生患者的临床症状及体征，心理疏导是该病治疗中不可或缺的重要辅助治疗手段，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical investigation on psychological counseling combined with Rupi Sanjie Capsule in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of psychological counseling combined with Rupi Sanjie Capsule in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods: 98 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were selected in our hospital from October 2009 to April 2011, who were divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 49 cases. Two groups were given Rupi Sanjie Capsule before and after meals, 4 pills one time, 3 times a day, one course for 45 days. Treatment group were treated by psychological counseling combined with Rupi Sanjie Capsule. Symptoms and B ultrasound test results of two groups were analyzed. Results: After treatment, there were significant differences of two groups in phyma maximum size, which compared with before treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01). After treatment, the improvement of phyma maximum size of treatment group compared with control group, there were significant differences (t=8.693, P<0.01). The total effective rate of treatment group (87.76%) was obviously better than that of control group (67.35%) (χ2=7.61, P<0.01). Conclusion: Psychological counseling combined with Rupi Sanjie Capsule can definitely improve the symptoms and clinical signs, of which psychological counseling plays a significant role in the treatment of the ill, and it is worthy to use in clinical promotion ......
