[摘要] 重症急性胰腺炎是非常凶险且发展迅速的危重症，常伴发多器官功能障碍综合征。连续性血液净化作为一种重要的重症急性胰腺炎的治疗措施，在阻断疾病进展，改善患者预后方面发挥着重要作用。本文对连续性血液净化在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的原理及临床应用作一综述。

    Application of continuous blood purification in severe acute pancreatitis

    [Abstract] Severe acute pancreatitis is a very dangerous and fast-growing critical disease, frequently accompanies with MODS. Continuous blood purification(CBP) therapy plays an important role for blocking progression of disease and improving the prognosis of patients. In this paper, the author reviews the principle and the application of CRP in severe acute pancreatitis.
