服用营养素前后精子质量与丙二醛含量的变化(1)

     [摘要] 目的:观察男性不育患者服用营养素前后精子质量,血清及精浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量变化。方法:选择男性不育患者176例,按照WHO精液分析方法进行精液常规检验。采用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定血清和精浆中MDA含量。本实验采用服用营养素前后自身对照方法进行研究。结果:服用营养素前后患者精子密度均值分别为(31.96±11.09)×106/ml和(49.45±13.07)×106/ml;精子活力均值分别为(27.31±15.91)%和(33.03±23.85)%;精子畸形率均值分别为(39.85±8.47)%和(22.99±9.89)%。精子密度和精子活力明显高于服用前,精子畸形率明显下降(P<0.05)。精子活率高于服用前,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。服用营养素前后血清中MDA含量均值分别为(0.166±0.081)nmol/L 和(0.105±0.016)nmol/L;精浆中MDA均值分别为(0.186±0.087)nmol/L和(0.091±0.013)nmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:营养素可提高男性不育患者的精子密度、精子活力,降低精子畸形率,并使血清和精浆中MDA含量下降。本试验结果为男性不育症的诊治和寻找男性优生措施提供了依据。

    Changes of sperm quality and malondialdehyde contents before and after taking nutrients

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the changes of sperm quality, serum and seminal plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in patients with male infertility before and after taking nutrients. Methods: 176 patients with male infertility were selected to receive semen routine test according to WHO semen analysis method. The serum and seminal plasma MDA contents were measured by using the thiobarbituric acid colorimetry. This study adopted self-control before and after taking nutrients. Results: Before and after taking nutrients, the mean sperm concentration were (31.96±11.09)×106/ml and (49.45±13.07)×106/ml respectively, the mean sperm motility were (27.31±15.91)% and (33.03±23.85)% respectively, and the mean sperm deformity rate were (39.85±8.47)% and (22.99±9.89)% respectively.
