慢性乙型肝炎患者检测乙型肝炎病毒大蛋白的临床意义(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨乙型肝炎患者检测乙型肝炎病毒大蛋白(HBV-large protein，HBV-LP)的临床意义。方法：选择120例慢性乙型肝炎患者，采用免疫荧光法检测乙型肝炎病毒基因(HBvirus-DNA，HBV-DNA)，酶联免疫吸附法检测HBV-LP和乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBV e antigen，HBeAg)，比较HBV-DNA、HBV-LP及HBeAg的检出率，比较HBeAg阴性患者HBV-LP、HBV-DNA血清学检出率，分析HBV-DNA、HBV-LP及HBeAg的相关关系。结果：HBV-LP检出率为87.50%，显著高于HBV-DNA(70.00%)(χ2=10.980 4，P<0.01)和HBeAg检出率(38.33%)(χ2=62.165 3，P<0.01)；HBeAg阴性患者HBV-LP阳性检出率为82.43%，显著高于HBV-DNA检出率(44.59%)(χ2=22.858 9，P<0.01)；相关性检验显示HBV-LP与HBV-DNA及HBeAg之间存在正相关关系(rs=0.573，P<0.05；rs=0.681，P<0.05)。结论：HBV-LP是评价HBV患者体内病毒复制、疾病进展及抗病毒治疗效果的敏感指标。

Clinical significance of detecting HBV-LP on patients with chronicity type B hepatitis

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of detecting HBV-large protein (HBV-LP) on patients with chronicity type B hepatitis. Methods: 120 cases of patients with chronicity type B hepatitis were selected, HBV-DNA were detected by immunofluorescence, HBV-LP and HBV e antigen (HBeAg) were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, the detection rate of HBV-DNA, HBV-LP and HBeAg were compared, the detection rate of HBV-LP and HBV-DNA were compared in patients with negative HBeAg, correlation of HBV-LP with HBeAg and HBV-DNA was analyzed. Results: The detection rate of HBV-LP (87.50%) was higher than HBV-DNA (70.00%) (χ2=10.980 4, P<0.01) and HbeAg (38.33%) (χ2=62.165 3, P<0.01), the detection rate of HBV-LP (82.43%) was higher than that of HBV-DNA (44.59%) in patients with negative HBeAg (χ2=22.858 9, P<0.01), correlation testing shown there were positive correlation between HBV-LP with HBV-DNA and HBeAg (rs=0.573, P<0.05; rs=0.681, P<0.05). Conclusion: HBV-LP is a sensitive indicatrix to evaluate viral replication, progression and effect of opposing virus treatment on patients with chronicity type B hepatitis ......
