[摘要] 目的：研究中药消肿方与半量甘露醇在跟骨粉碎性骨折围术期中的治疗效果，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：将134例跟骨粉碎性骨折患者随机分为A组和B组，每组67例患者，A组采用消肿方口服，B组采用半量甘露醇静脉滴注。术后7 d观察疗效。结果：术后7 d，A组完全消肿率(0级)达到79.10%，高于B组(46.29%)，差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组显效率达到56.72%，高于B组(35.82%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组皮肤坏死率为4.48%，低于B组(13.43%)。结论：中药消肿方在跟骨粉碎性骨折围术期可提高消除水肿效果，减少皮肤坏死发生率。

Comparison of detumescence curative effect between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine during perioperative period of heel bone comminuted fracture

[Abstract] Objective: To study the curative effect on detumescence recipe of traditional Chinese medicine and half-dose Mannitol recipe during perioperative period of heel bone comminuted fracture, and to provide reference for reasonable clinical pharmacy. Methods: 134 cases of heel bone comminuted fracture were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 67 cases in each group. Group A was taken oral detumescence recipe of traditional Chinese medicine, group B was taken half-dose Mannitol intravenous drop recipe. 7 days after surgery, the curative effect was observed. Results: The complete detumescence rate (0 level) of group A at 7 days after surgery was 79.10%, higher than group B (46.29%), with statistically significant difference (P<0.01). The effect rate of group A was 56.72%, higher than group B (35.82%), the difference was significant (P<0.05). The skin necrosis rate of group A was 4.48%, lower than group B (13.43%). Conclusion: The detumescence recipe of traditional Chinese medicine can enhance the detumescence effect during perioperative period of heel bone comminuted fracture, and reduce the skin necrosis rate.
