[摘要] 目的:探讨临床护理路径在胃癌根治术健康教育中的应用。方法:将我院89例胃癌根治术患者随机分成两组,观察组45例,对照组44例。观察组采用临床护理路径(CNP)进行护理,对照组采用常规护理。对两组患者平均住院日、护理满意度及健康知识掌握情况进行比较。结果:观察组患者的住院日明显低于对照组(P<0.01),健康知识掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.01),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施CNP管理对胃癌根治术患者进行健康教育,可以明显缩短患者住院时间,有效地提高患者健康知识掌握程度和护理满意度。

Application of clinical nursing pathway in radical operation for carcinoma of stomach

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the application of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in the health education of radical operation for carcinoma of stomach. Methods: 89 cases of gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group had 45 patients and the control group had 44 patients. Observation group were treated with CNP for care, control group were treated with conventional care. The average length of stay, nursing satisfaction and health knowledge of two groups were compared. Results: The length of stay in observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.01); the health knowledge level was higher than that of control group (P<0.01); nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: CNP management of gastric cancer health education can significantly reduce hospitalization time, and effectively improve the health knowledge of patients and nursing satisfaction.

临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)是一种跨学科的、综合的、深化整体护理的护理工作模式,是指依据每日标准护理计划为一类特殊患者所设定的住院护理图示[1]。让护理人员对患者住院期间的护理工作更具有科学性和规范性,按照CNP的结果分析评估患者,使患者达到最有效的治疗,而且节约住院费用,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度,可以减少护理差错的发生,构建了和谐的医患关系。2008年1月~2010年10月我科将CNP用于胃癌根治术后患者的健康教育中,取得较好效果,现总结如下:
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择2008年1月~2010年10月在我科行胃癌根治术的患者89例。其中,男55例,女34例;年龄42~73岁,平均54.3岁;文化程度:大专以上文化14例,高中文化16例,初中文化27例,小学文化32例。按入院顺序随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(44例)。两组患者一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。
1.2 CNP实施方法
1.2.1 对照组 对照组采用整体护理为基础的责任制护理,病区护士到病室治疗时随机实施健康教育。
