改良B-Lynch缝合术联合欣母沛治疗剖宫产术中难治性出血的临床观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨改良B-Lynch缝合术联合欣母沛治疗剖宫产术中难治性出血的临床效果。方法：选择2006年3月～2011年3月剖宫产术中难治性出血产妇60例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用传统综合治疗措施，观察组采用改良B-Lynch缝合术联合欣母沛治疗，观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量、治疗效果和产褥发生率。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量、产褥感染发生率分别是(69.87±12.73)min、(821.62±234.58)ml、13.33%，明显少于对照组的(82.46±14.54)min、(1 057.84±314.56)ml、26.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组有效率为100.00%，明显高于对照组的93.33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：改良B-Lynch缝合术联合欣母沛是治疗剖宫产术中难治性出血的有效方法。

Clinical observation of improved B-lynch suture combined with Hemabate for intractable postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the curative effects on improved B-lynch suture combined with Hemabate on intractable postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods: 60 cases of refractory bleeding in cesarean section mothers selected from March 2006 to March 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Comprehensive treatments using traditional measures were carried out in control group, the observation group received improved B-lynch suture combined with Hemabate. Operational time, blood loss and the incidence of puerperal were observed in two groups. Results: The operative time, blood loss and the puerperal rate in observation group were (69.87±12.73) min, (821.62±234.58) ml and 13.33%, which were significantly less than those [(82.46±14.54) min, (1 057.84±314.56) ml, 26.67%)] in control group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy was 100.00% in observation group, which was significantly higher than that (93.33%) in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The improved B-lynch suture combined with Hemabate is an effective way to treat refractory bleeding in cesarean section.
