[摘要] 目的:观察糖肝康对实验性2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝大鼠氧化应激的影响。方法:采用SD大鼠链脲佐菌素(STZ)25 mg/kg腹腔注射建立2型糖尿病模型,尾静脉血糖证实造模大鼠血糖异常后,改为高脂饲料喂养,制造45只2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝大鼠模型,将其随机分为5组,进行药物灌胃。糖肝康组给予糖肝康颗粒用蒸馏水溶解为适当浓度悬浊液(3.0 g/kg),二甲双胍组给予二甲双胍粉末蒸馏水悬浊液(0.08%),血脂康组予血脂康胶囊蒸馏水悬浊液(2.4 g/kg),每天每只大鼠灌胃4 ml,正常组和模型组给予等体积生理盐水灌胃。7周后,检测实验性2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝大鼠空腹血糖、胰岛素、血脂及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果:糖肝康能显著降低实验性2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝大鼠空腹血糖、血脂水平,同时能提高抗氧化相关酶的活性,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖肝康对2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝大鼠有降低血糖、调节血脂、抗氧化的作用。

Effects of traditional Chinese prescription on oxidative stress of rats with type 2 diabetic and fatty liver

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of Tanggankang on oxidative stress of rats with type 2 diabetic and fatty liver. Methods: SD rats were given STZ 25 mg/kg of intraperitoneal injection to develop the model of type 2 diabetes, the glucose of tail vein was confirmed the blood sugar of the rats was abnormal, and then the rats were given fat forage. 45 rats with type 2 diabetic and fatty liver were made and randomly divided into 5 groups and fed with drugs. The group of Tanggankang was given Tanggankang particles, which were dissolved by distilled water into proper concentration of turbid liquid (3.0 g/kg), the group of Metformin was given turbid liquid of distilled water of Metformin powder (0.08%), the group of Xuezhikang was given turbid liquid of distilled water of Xuezhikang capsules, the group of normal and model was given the same volume of normal saline. After 7 weeks of drug intervention, the changes of glucose, insulin, lipid metabolism, and the plasma concentration of GSH-Px, SOD were observed. Results: Compared with the model group, Tanggankang could obviously decrease the level of the fasting blood glucose, serum lipid and improve the activities of SOD, GSH-Px, the differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tanggankang has good effects of decreasing fasting blood glucose, serum lipid and antioxidan in rats with type 2 diabetes and fatty liver ......
