[摘要] 目的:研究磁共振成像中常见伪影的产生原因与抑制方法,以减少MRI检查时产生的伪影,提高图像质量,为临床提供良好的影像资料。方法:收集我院168例患者不同类型和不同程度MRI图像伪影病例,进行系统性分析,其中,四肢扫描17例,脊柱扫描37例,头颈部扫描71例,腹部扫描43例。结果:卷褶伪影36例,占21.4%;容积效应伪影10例,占5.9%;化学位移伪影12例,占7.2%;运动伪影66例,占39.2%;磁化率伪影及金属伪影24例,占14.3%;交叉伪影9例,占5.4%;截断伪影11例,占6.6%。结论:了解各种伪影产生的机制,利用各种有效技术抑制或消除图像伪影,对提高图像质量和提高诊断率具有重要意义。

Discussion of formation mechanism and solutions of artifacts commonly seen in magnetic resonance imaging examination

[Abstract] Objective: To reduce the artifacts generated in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination, improve the image quality and provide good image data for clinical use by studying the generation reasons and suppression methods of artifacts commonly seen in MRI examination. Methods: Medical records with different types and varying degrees of MR image artifacts of 168 patients of our hospital were collected for systematic analysis, of which 17 cases were limbs scan, 37 cases were spine scan, 71 cases were head and neck scan and 43 cases were abdomen scan. Results: There were 36 cases of folded artifacts, accounting for 2.4%, 10 cases of volume effect artifacts, accounting for 5.9%, 12 cases of chemical shift artifacts, accounting for 7.2%, 66 cases of motion artifacts, accounting for 39.2%, 24 cases of magnetic susceptibility artifacts, accounting for 4.3%, 9 cases of cross artifacts, accounting for 5.4% and 11 cases of truncation artifacts, accounting for 6.6%. Conclusion: Understanding the generation mechanism of various artifacts and using various effective techniques to suppress or eliminate image artifacts are of important significance to improve the image quality and the diagnostic rate.

随着磁共振(MRI)临床应用的普及,高质量的MRI影像对疾病的诊断价值显得更加重要。磁共振成像已经广泛地应用于临床,在人类疾病的诊断中发挥着重要的作用[1],与其他医学影像技术比较,MRI出现的伪影最多,也最严重。所谓伪影,是只在磁共振扫描或信息处理过程中,由于某一种或几种原因出现了一些人体本身不存在的、致使图像质量下降的影像,也称为假影或鬼影[2],伪影实际上也是MRI图像中与实际解剖结构不相符的信号 ......
