[摘要] 医疗卫生行业应增强低碳意识，紧跟低碳潮流，实施医院间检查、检验结果共享、互认，建立医疗设备共享中心，借助电子信息技术发展远程医学，建立电子病历，完善双向转诊制度，实施精细化管理，推进医疗卫生事业发展。构建适应低碳经济要求的卫生服务体系、管理机制和运行机制，是当前医疗卫生事业发展的必然要求。

    [Abstract] Medical health profession should enhance the consciousness and follow the trend of low-carbon, implement sharing and mutual recognition of inspection results between hospitals, establish the sharing center of medical equipment, develop telemedicine by the development of electronic information technology, establish electronic medical records, perfect two-way referral system, implement sophisticated management, promote the development of medical and health services. Constructing the health service system, management mechanism and operation mechanism which adapt to the requirements of low-carbon economy are the necessary requirement for the development of medical and health services. ......
