[摘要] 米非司酮近年来被广泛试用于避孕和妇科性激素依赖性疾病如子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症、功血等的治疗，是妇科领域又一突破性进展，尤其是对功能性子宫出血疗效确切，但是其作用的具体病理、生理机制仍不十分明确，本研究就近年来米非司酮对子宫内膜增生调节机制的研究进展作一综述。

    [Abstract] Mifepristone has been widely used as a treatment for contraception and gynecological hormone-dependent diseases, such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis, uterine bleeding and other treatment in recent years, which is another breakthrough in the field of gynecology for the study in the treatment of functional dysfunctional uterine bleeding, but the mechanism of functional dysfunctional uterine bleeding is not been well understood.
